If you’re curious whether we’re a good fit, scheduling a consultation is a simple way to ask questions, share a bit of what you’re facing, and get a feel for what working together might be like—no pressure, just a conversation about what you need and how we can help.

What to expect at your consultation
Once we’ve chosen a time, we’ll have a free, casual 10–15 minute virtual consultation. This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other more personally and see how we can work together. Following the consultation, you can expect to hear back within 1–2 business days about next steps.
What to expect after your consultation
Following your consultation, if we’re ready to move forward with counseling at Pneuma Searching, you must fill out a new client intake form before your first session. You will also be given an opportunity to send your availability to set up your first session(s).
You will be billed within 24 hours of your first session at a rate of $150–$170/hr. Pneuma Searching offers a sliding scale option, based on your situation, which can be discussed prior to the first session together.
Additionally, upon request, Pneuma Searching can provide you with a receipt for each session that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.*
